Main Character Mode™ primarily sells digital products and services delivered electronically. This Shipping Policy applies only to physical merchandise purchased through our Site.

Physical Merchandise Fulfillment

Some Main Character Mode™ products may include physical merchandise fulfilled by a third-party fulfillment partner.

  • Orders are produced on demand

  • Production times vary by product and volume

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email when available.

Shipping Rates & Destinations

Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and available destinations are displayed at checkout.

We currently ship to locations supported by our fulfillment partner.

Delays & Carrier Issues

Main Character Mode™ is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs or international processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

We are not able to reroute or modify orders once production has begun.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact hello@maincharactermode.ai within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Approved replacements will be issued at no additional cost.

Digital Products

All digital products and subscriptions are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
