Main Character Mode™ sells both digital products and physical merchandise. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Digital Products & AI Tools
Due to the immediate access and delivery of digital products, all digital sales are final.
This includes, but is not limited to:

AI teammates and GPT-powered tools

Digital downloads, guides, templates, and prompt packs

Quizzes, onboarding materials, and strategy resources

Membership access, Vault content, and subscription materials
Refunds will not be issued for:

Partial use or non-use

Accidental purchases

Change of mind or dissatisfaction

Technical issues caused by third-party platforms or integrations beyond our control
Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Subscriptions & Memberships
Some products are offered on a recurring subscription basis.
For subscriptions:

You may cancel at any time before your next billing date

Cancellation prevents future charges

Access ends immediately upon cancellation

We do not offer prorated, partial, or retroactive refunds
Subscription management may be handled through third-party services.
3. Physical Merchandise (Printful)
Some Main Character Mode™ products include physical merchandise fulfilled by a third-party provider.
For physical items:

Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, or misprinted items

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

We do not accept returns for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect address submissions

Approved replacements will be issued at no additional cost.
4. Third-Party Service Issues
Our services rely on third-party platforms and applications, including subscription management tools, digital delivery systems, AI providers, email or SMS platforms, and ecommerce infrastructure.
Refunds will not be provided for service interruptions, delays, or access issues caused by third-party services outside of our direct control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving verified issues.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or permanent loss of access to our products and services.
