Is this a download or software I need to install?
Nope. There’s nothing to install.
Your AI employee lives inside ChatGPT. You access them through a private link included in your welcome email and Employee Handbook.
I’ve never used a custom GPT before. Is this hard?
Not at all.
If you can:
- open an email
- click a link
- paste a prompt
You can use your AI employee.
The Employee Handbook tells you exactly what to say to get started.
Where do I find my GPT access link?
Inside your welcome email and inside your Employee Handbook.
Open the email → download the handbook → click the GPT access link inside.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT account?
No. You can use your AI employee with a free ChatGPT account.
ChatGPT Plus is only required to create custom GPTs.
To use your Main Character Mode™ AI employee, you just need a ChatGPT login and the access link provided after purchase.
(Some features may be limited on free accounts depending on ChatGPT’s current plan rules.)
Will this sound like my brand or like AI?
Your AI employee is trained to adapt to you.
The starter prompt in the Employee Handbook is designed to capture your voice, tone, and boundaries right away. The more context you give, the better it gets.
Can I use this for my business and client work?
Yes — for your own business.
Your purchase gives you a license to use the outputs for your brand. Outputs are not transferable or resellable as a product.
What if I don’t know what to ask?
Start with the starter prompt in the Employee Handbook.
After that, talk to your AI employee like a teammate:
- explain the goal
- explain the task
- ask for a finished deliverable
They’ll guide you from there.
What’s the Strategy Desk, and do I need it?
The Strategy Desk™ is optional, but recommended.
It keeps your AI employees trained with:
- monthly trend updates
- seasonal campaign prompts
- new frameworks and examples
Your GPT works without it. Power users usually don’t.

Make sure you’re logged into the same email you used at checkout. If you still don’t see them, contact support with your order #.
